We are seeking a full-time, mid-day pastry cook.

We are a team of hard workers who value customer service, collaboration, and communication. We are looking to expand our talented team at our West UT Campus (24th & San Antonio). Our bakery is a fast paced and high volume that requires cooperative teamwork, time management, and strong multi-tasking skills in order to run smoothly. We are looking for top-notch, dependable, and experienced pastry cooks to help with the expansion. You will work alongside our pastry chef to accomplish a variety of tasks related to our daily pastry production schedule.

Our preferred candidate...

  • decorating (cookies) experience a plus
  • a team-player that works well alongside others and is dedicated to setting fellow team members up for success
  • a reliable and fast learner, who excels in a high paced volume kitchen
  • can manage multiple time-sensitive tasks with a sense of urgency
  • wants to contribute to and develop to our growing menu

Responsibilities include...

  • Execute recipes sweet or savory according to house recipes
  • Complete your production list efficiently while maintaining a clean & organized work space
  • Adhere to company culture and daily policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development of a hot/cold line and menu items
  • Must feel confident with knife skills, knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety
  • Shift times are mid-shift to close (11am-7pm) and weekends
